Pazac has been installed in a Provencal Mas originated from the 16th century. 

Former coaching inn, then a hunting lodge to finally become at the 20th century a farming business. Pazac has started the wine adventure in 1968 thanks to the land clearing and draining, which at time time has permitted to several vine growers to settle. 

In 2014 the winery was renovated in order to welcome our local customers.

Pazac represents 280 ha of vineyard situated between the Costières de Nîmes, Côtes du Rhône appellation, PGI Pays d’Oc and the PGI Pont du Gard.

These wines are certified HVE 3 (High Environmental Value) since the harvest 2020.
